Garden - Bath House Instow

The Garden At the front of the house, there is an area of lawn running down to the gateway. At the rear of the house, there is a small enclosed garden with a gate leading onto a quiet access road. There are wooden benches and tables for outdoor picnics.
	The View The house looks out onto a large sandy beach and you can see the old fishing village of Appledoor across the estuary. Also visible from the house are Braunton Burrows and Saunton sands.
